at realizing that more info was needed i showed my staff' to the members' of my company and after taking my 'situation into their own hands all agreed that it is quite a large problem to fully grasp in short so to speak they were of no help

It's called a penis, by the way. If you own one, you should really use the proper term for it. I don't know about your bumps, they could be from any number of things. Angel kisses are usually red, raised, uneven areas just under the skin where a small vein is clustered up. They are not deadly, in fact they need no treatment. I would assume if this was what you had, you would have noticed them before this. She would know about them from changing your diapers, all those years ago- as the are usually present from birth. You really need to visit your doctor for an exam and a diagnosis. It is a blessing for the rest of us, if not a problem for you, that we can't see these bumps to know any better. Ask your mother to make an appointment with the doctor to have a look and give you an official diagnosis.

You should supply much more information if you want a more meaningful answer. Bumps on your penis could be anything (I assume that's what you mean by "johnson rod". Angel kisses are birthmarks, but depending on the type, may actually disappear during young adulthood. If the bumps were a surprise, then I assume you did not have them before. If you are in your 30's or 40's, the bumps could be penile pearly papules, but again, not enough info.

Could it be herpes or genital warts-???? Never heard of angel kisses-go to health dept = to get it checked out-D
