i'm 17 and i've like fallen in love with this british girl i found on the internet. she looks a lot older and i actually thought she was 18 at first. it's not like i'm ever actually going to meet her or anything but still i feel like such a pedo talking to her, but can't help it. is it wrong?

i had like and "online love" for years when i was younger. i knew we would never meet, even if we did talk about it sometimes. it was just nice to have someone to talk to. someone to listen and care. there isnt anything wrong with it at all! im not saying she is, but there are a lot of these whole "catch the online prediator" things where they set guys up. this doesnt sound like that, but for future refrence, be careful. as long as it stays online, its fine! good luck and dont feel bad! its an emotional need we all have!

The fact that you are just talking is fine
Dont worry yourself to mush about that but if you take yourself seriously and you think carefully about the situation then things could get out of hand...But thats what i thing at first glance cause the internet can be tricky

I feel for you bud. I am in a bit o' the same pickle. Why do those English birds have to be so damned beautiful, warm, bubbly, vibrant, caring, talk with a sexy accent...
She just has to type "going for Chinese take-away" and I melt.
Or the way she ends a lot of her posts/e-mails with "xx". Sigh.

You never met her but you are in love with her. There are strong indications that something is wrong. And that something may be more with you than with the girl.
