blimey, the key to weightloss is diet. If you can crack that then you are half way there.

Exercise (walk) generally works if you go for a brisk walk everyday you wont be too tired the following day to do it again. Stay clear of bad foods, the key is eating sensibly.

Also try swapping cows milk for goats milk, heard that works to.

Maybe a sauna session? lose 2-3 lbs in one session

good luck with it! you can do it!

I wouldn't suggest you to go on heavy diet, because at your age that increases risks of having heart attach. Anyways, I would suggest you to eat 5 meals a day, but eat less. Taking vegetables and boiled chicken, fish, avoid heavy oil, fried food, fast food and snacks. Avoid sweets as well. You eat untill you feel like just a little more you will feel full, then that is time you should stop. Do 1 hour or 1 hour and half excercise everyday, no need to be heavy excersises. It could be any thing, walking even, slow jogging, but remeber during excersising you drink water from time to time. Before sleeping 5 hours stop eating, 3 hours stop drinking. Yeah, you will see the result.

Try a girdle ? or other slimming attire. Please do it slow & healthy. You won't compromise your health & you'll be more likely to keep it off opposed to gain it & more back! Good Luck!
Increase your activity really works, too! AT least 30 minute aerobic & then toning exercises. Also eat negative calorie foods like apples & celery. I heard they burn calories when you eat them. I don't know how true that is but... they are very filling & a healthy snack.
Good advice Onetop & Zoe. Eatting several small meals instead of 2-3 big ones is best. It boosts your metabolism & you won't be keeping your tummy muscles stretched from the big ones.

Start eating your daily recommended amount of vegetables and fruit, and join some sort of exercise club, intensive dance lesson, or martial art. It's a lot easier to keep up challenging physical exercise when you're in a class full of people like you doing the same thing and you've paid good money for those lessons.

It's much healthier and longer lasting if you aim for longer-term goals ---> eat healthier and exercise.

But - as is, I would recommend eating fibrous vegetable foods - it allows for a enough bulk to fill your stomach, but has minimal calories. You should eat occasional high-protein, (semi)high-fat foods to suppress your appetite -- beans or meat work well. Avoid calorie adders like sugar, mayonnaise etc.

Exercise as much as possible --- but "fidgeting" helps. Adding little movements like wiggling your feet can add up to quite a few calories throughout the day.
