this began since 2nd week of october. at 1st it seems ijust got unswallowed food, then after few days i thought it was tonsil cos it was so painful so i drink vinegar added with water. the following morning, the pain was gone but still it seems or feels like i have a blockage or swollen throat or unswallowed food in my throat. it isnt really painful but it does a real discomfort in me specially when i swallow... and even when i move my body around, say turning my neck, bending, reaching out, lifting/pulling/pushing...

you may have tonsilitis or a sore throat if has been with you since 2nd week of oct you should have gone to the doctor and should never have home remedied yourself! i think its just a plain sore throat but get medical advice. keep away from straining your voice. lifting and pushing heavy objects and stay away from cold drinks, cold rooms and alcohol and cigarettes (smoking and second hand smoke) until you figure out what you have.

possibly strep throat. i had it last year and it wasn't painful, it just felt like something was "sitting" in the back of my throat making it very difficult to swallow. My glands hurt a litle and was uncomfortable to move my neck side to side. see a doctor and get a culture done. it can be cured easily with antibiotics

sounds like a gland infection, see a dr. very soon to prevent further damage, and to receive promt treatment, and next time don't swallow, regardless of how much he/she beg's, lol!

it could be an infected epiglottis, go docs to find out though to rule out any other factor, good luck
