How can you sleep during the day if you're working? If you work swingshift or graveyard then, No! -most would sleep during the day. Kinda looking for something to talk about? ;)*

I'm the same way. It sure does mess things up.Your up when it seems like everyone else is sleeping,your sleeping during the day when everyone else is up. It makes it hard to make plans. I hate it ,but don't know how to change it around. I've changed it before,but it slowly goes back. When you work at home it makes it easier to fall in to. Good luck

I don't think there is necessarily anything wrong, but I would investigate why you can't sleep at night. For instance, do you eat a big meal late in the evening?

no it is not wrong there are thousands of people who sleep at day time but at night they wake up; for example in Euro peon countries there work is shift wise;at night they do there works and in day time they sleep you need not to worry about it;
