Yes, those are the most common symptoms of anemia, along with feeling tired. Of course, eating meat in your diet will increase your iron intake, especially organ food such as liver. However, there are many fruits and vegetables that have high iron content. Leeks, spinach, (dark green leafy vegetables), strawberries, mango, to name a few. Eggs are a good iron source. You can also have your doctor prescribe you an iron tablet. Just be aware that too much iron can be harmful. Good luck. I hope you feel better.

Iron deficiency caused by worm infestation only causes nausea and dizziness. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron.

I have had occasional dizzy spells myself since I got preg with my daughter 6 years ago! They last for like 2 hours or more and you can't move your head cause you will feel like the room is spinning. You have to focus your eyes in one spot so you don't fall over and if you try to walk, you go crooked like you have been drinking all night. Am I right? Yeah, they told me I had vertigo too, but they never gave me any thing to help. I do know that vertigo is little crystal type things in your ears that usually get stuck in wax, but some don't. And when you move your head sometimes they float over into your eardrum and throw your equilibrium off. And you are dizzy until it dislodges itself. I guess I have no advise just sympathy and compasion. Hang in there!
