well,if u want to read a novel that interests u then u must read it at night before bed but if u want to read a book like studies or something u want to remember for long time or learn it than the best time is early morning

it depends on u.. but i feel that u can concentrate more when no one is around disturbing u.. when the environment is calm.. either early morning or night.. if u have to attend school/coll the next morning i wud sugest u 2 study during the night b4 sleeping so that u remain fresh the nxt day n can concentrate well

Any time you feel is the reading time! Early morning is better for early risers and night is suitable for late sleepers.

If it's something heavy and hard to understand at first glance, my opinion is definitely do it in the morning. Wake up, brush your teeth, do the necessary deeds, get a steaming cup of coffee and get cracking. I can do a good 200 pages in the morning if I try. :)
