Meat high in protein is best for building strength. Lean beef, pork, poultry, and fish are good. But, no matter how much you eat, you will need a good exercise program to go with it.

How long should you do it? For the rest of your life. Once you get your body to where you want it, you will lose it all if you quit eating right and exercising.

Food takes longer than days to affect the changes you are looking for. You might consider adding supplements to your diet such as multivitamins, Vitamin Bs, etc. But the best thing is to talk to a nutritionist or Dr.

Beef : you have to collect the back bone and ribs of slaughtered ox. Daily prepare fresh soup and have three times a day with wheat bread. It will make you stronger and you will increase your weight. While having this food you should undergo physical exercises in the gym.

I think the best non veg food is mutton & sea food. but should have a balanced diet as vegetables also provides u with lot of energy
