what are you supposed to achieve in a solution delivery academy?

I am setting up a service delivery academy abd I need some points to share. i.e., what should be the focus of the academy from the point view of customer satisfaction?

There are two main issues for good customer service. Keep the customer informed and keep your word. Everything else is cake icing.
