I've never served or trained as a sniper in the army, although I am once a soldier. I'm just curious who's best. (Preferably answers from people who have served as snipers before.)

The French, Americans, Germans and British are making suits that don't show body heat. So not only will they be visably camoflaged, but also nearly invisible to thermal imaging as well.

Marine Corps snipers AREN'T allowed to buy ghillie suits, however they make them from the things in their environment they will be operating in... However the linen mesh or the base I'm not sure, I think they buy that or are issued it.

i would have to say either the us marine sniper or the British sas sniper/counter sniper would be the worlds best,
