You can't always take things to be logical, or true. You can't always tell a book by its cover.
A bracelet might be beautiful and look like fine gold, but when you get it wet, it turns green!!!
The only things we truly know for sure, is what is in our own hearts, what our own intentions are. The eatrh appeared flat to the early explorers, but then it was proven to be round.

the first two answer were right . the meaning of the sentence is : you shouldn't be fooled by the appearence you should wait and judge after knowing what is inside this appearance . to clearify more I'll give u example" you could see a beatiful girl outside but inside she is nothing likewise ofcourse
