thank you for your answers, i will vote soon. The problem is that i arrive in the wee hours of the morning .. that is why i prefer the nearest hotel. chinese language? no problem. but thanks for the advise anyway

Your question has already been answered, but just want to plant a thought in your mind that public transportation in Macau, Hong Kong, and China puts USA to shame; I mean really shame. Unlike the USA, it is very easy to catch buses and there's a good airport bus. If you don't want to catch a bus, taxis are also plentiful and quite reasonable. What I'm saying is, you don't need to stay beside the airport just because of transportation concerns. I'd suggest that unless you particularly want to stay close to the airport because of schedule concerns, feel free to think about choosing among other locations that might be more quiet, more scenic, and probably less expensive.

Do you know the macao university of Science and Technology which is quite near the macao airport?There is a small hotel, located at G building ,for visitors and it costs about 300 mop per night.so maybe you can stay at MUST overnight.The rooms here are quite comfortable,
