i'm 22 weeks and that i'm getting somewhat drained at night and flow to sleep around 10:30 many times. inspite of the undeniable fact that I consistently awaken via 12:30 and a up something of the night. I surely have recognize clue why i can not sleep extra effective than 2 hours at night in view that I surely have been pregnant. i became by no ability a good sleeper, inspite of the undeniable fact that it wasn't this undesirable. i think for you.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Take some Super Snooze(it's totally herbal and non-drug). You can get it at puritans pride(1-800-645-1030). Along with that take 1000mg of calcium. You can get that cheap at puritans pride or at Costco. Take it all with a glass of milk. The reason why the milk helps is because milk has calcium. Calcium helps you to sleep. Take those 3 things and you'll sleep like a baby.

First get off your PC. Artificial light keeps you awake. Dim the lights or switch them off and drink some warm chocolate milk. That should do the trick. If you still can't relax, lie in bed, draw deep breaths and visualize shutting off your body from your feet to your head one at a time, you'll be sleeping in no time. If you have any anxieties, turn them over to God first before you do all this.

I would suggest consulting your doctor. I often experience insomnia which keeps me up 2 or 3 days straight. My doctor gave me this nifty prescription called "trazodone" & I'm out like a light once those pills kick in. :)

Try doing physical exercise an hour before you go to bed or try taking a nice long hot shower. Maybe try reading. Or try listening to music. Try anything. I have found that a brisk Walk before I go to bed always makes me sleepy. If its to cold outside try jogging in place. :) Hope this works

If I had the answer to that question, I wouldn't be looking at your question now at 3:45! Good luck, though.
