Eat lots of Veg fresh fruit and juice and veg. Drink plenty of water and exercise everyday by walking and jogging and joining a sport. Dont eat out. Eat fruit and salads and brown bread. Dont eat up the animals and look like one. i think that you dont need to lose weight but anyways, just keep doing situps and crunches everyday. your stomach should be flatter. also try eating a lot of small snacks throughout the day instead of just eating one huge meal i know its cliche but, go on a diet. eat more fruits and vegetables. stay away from fatty foods. moreover, go into an exercise program. I'm sure the fitness trainers will be more than happy to help you out with your problem. :)

It is wrongly believed that can you can lose weight only in certain parts of the body. Some areas bulge or appear more fat due to the lack of muscles. Common abdominal exercises like sit-ups, crunches and leg raises are of a very short duration (usually less than a minute) and do not burn many calories. Doing these exercises helps in the toning and firming of stomach muscles. More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachf...

3 factors to help you solve your problem:-

1- Diet : eat lots of protein through the day and less carbohydrates ( 6 small meals a day )! stay away from candy and sweets and crap like that. Drink a lot of water. you can also assosiate Green tea in your diet.

2- workout : cardio, aerobics!! ABS workout ! I will give you a tip for this! do Crunches workout everytime your stomach is empty?? why not?? try it and see what happens. for example, why not do 50 reps of crunches before bed time :) ? it will only take like a minute.

3- sleep early :)

hope this helps

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

You could try cutting gel.

Then there is used coffee grounds and saran wrap. (You smear the coffee grounds all over your belly, wrap it with saran wrap, and go for a walk or a jog, something that gets the blood flowing and keeps it that way for 30 minutes or longer. Then take off the saran wrap and wash off grounds. Do every day. If it makes you jittery, cease. I wouldn't do it for longer than a month. And it might not work, but there are models who say it works on cellulite thighs. And I read something about 'coffee tights' for chix with cellulite thighs in the U.K.)

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your physique burn a lot more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how many calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients every time you consume a specific food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
