She was vaccinated in May 2003 with Varilrix. There has recently been an outbreak at her kindergarten, and tonight I noticed she has lots of red dots on her tummy and upper legs. She didn't know she had them and says they're not itchy.

hard to tell with that amount of info - a pic would help. She may; they don't HAVE to itch, altho it is common.

No vaccine gives 100% protection, only about 80%. Seems like chicken pox. See the doctor.

my daughter is 26 and has had the pox 5 times, just because it does not itch means nothing. She had the shots but still got them every time she was exposed to someone with them. Just be thankful she is not itchy and crying 24/7 I wish you the best of luck but the shot does not mean you won't get them

look up chicken pox on Webmd. It is usually blister like and itchy. The dots could be heat rash or a number of things.

Sound like she has it. Call the doctor. I have heard of kids getting chicken pox even though they had the vaccine
