I have a 3 hour layover at Hatsfield-Jackson on a sunday in Jan. any ideas?

It will probably take you that long to get to your next gate, the place is a mad house. There are lots to do in Atlanta, but not on a 3 hr lay over.

Three hours isn't that long at all, so I think it would be wise to just stay at the airport. Hartsfield is the busiest airport in the world, so making it out and back in will that up a huge chunk of your 3 hours. Downtown Atlanta is about 20 minutes away from the airport. You wouldn't have time to enjoy anything cool. Buy a couple of magazines and bring along your iPOD or c.d. player and maybe get a a nap while you wait on your next flight.

Whether you think it's a grease pit or glorious, there's nothing else like this Atlanta treasure. Head to the world's largest drive-in for a frosted orange, onion rings and a chili dog.

3 hours is a tight squeeze. There's the Coca Cola Museum but the mother lode is the Georgia Aquarium. It'd be worth it to go a day early for that but you may need to book your visit in advance. Last year they hadn't gotten around to walk-ins yet. Check out the website for sure.

For 3 hours you should go eat at a nice resurant or you could visit the aquarium or you could go have fun in the city bye good luck

The Olympic park is kinda cool and there alto of things around it to do, take the metro and staying alive will be your biggest game of the night

i dont think you would have enough time to do anything with only 3 hrs, best to suck it up and read the paper at a depressing airport bar
