Smoking does not at all ensure that you will get cancer, the people recommending it as a definate means to get cancer are stupid. Even the radiation from a nuclear reactor cannot provide any real garantee given the amount of shielding around the business portions of those things.

Perhaps you could hang around a coal mine?

I can't believe I am answering this question, but here goes---You have way too much time on your hands. Why don't you call the American Cancer Society and volunteer your services to provide assistance to people afflicted with this disease. Then you will be ashamed for asking such nonsense!

No one knows exactly what causes one person to get cancer, while another person does not. If you have a really strong immune system your own body may not allow you to get cancer even if you tried.

So, hypothetically, you could try to get cancer by all the known unhealthy (fatty diet), carcinogenic (smoking), and environmental (radiation) ways but there is no guarantee it would work.

Latest research suggest cancer is caused by pollutants. Pollution interferes with stem cells, so they dont go to their proper destination in the body. When the stem cells reach the wrong site, they can become cancerous. The brain can release peptides to destroy the cancer though. So if you want cancer, get as much pollution as possible into yourself and think negatively.

If you are looking for a way to kill yourself, let me assure you that there are less painful ways. Quicker, too. But you should probably tell your doc what you are planning.

If you are just attention seeking, then please go see your psychologist. He can help you with confidence or anxiety issues.

If you just want information so you can know what to avoid, research cancer on google.
