this question is very unspecific but i guess keeping yourself busy always makes you forget about your problems, just being productive, going out and just keeping your mind busy if there's nothing you can do about your problem... if there's soemthing you can do like maybe talking to someone or soemthing like that to resolve an issue then you should do that as well.

taking our worries out of our heart tells of our tentativeness as we look farther in life. our worries sprung from questions where the answers are still beyond our grasps... we become aware of our imperfections, we begin to doubt our abilities since we are overwhelmed by the hugeness of our anxiety looming over us.
there were answers being known and offered. from the experiences of other people and from our own. and to realize how much we had gone through life with the same thing and how we went through them unscathed makes it all remarkable that our worries are just wholesome repetition of circumstances of our lives that insulates us from the boredom of the day, week, season and years. Life could not have been fulfilling without trying to take our worries from our heart - though impossible to do as long as we live - each day at a time.
we try each day... and our faith in God takes it all away as we lay those worries at His feet.. and when one day God takes us to live with Him, then, our worries are gone for good...

a mentor once told me during a seminar on personality development that we create our own worries. and it's true. people hurt us, disasters happen, bosses give us crap, etc... but in the end, it's up to you whether you want to worry about them or not.
this is what our mentor would have us do during the first few minutes of our session... one way to relieve yourself of these bothersome thoughts is to spend a little quiet time with yourself. isolate yourself for 30 minutes to an hour in a nice, cool n' quiet room... sorta like meditation. don't think of anything else other than the sound of silence.

I agree that praying is the best answer. Try watching the movie WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW!? Just gives you a little different perspective on things.

Best way is to believe that there are no worries. Look at people who are placed much worse than you.... Look up to people who have come up from Failures and have succeeded. Remember that "One does not drown by falling in water one drowns by staying there". "Worry is a dark room where negatives are developed.". Be happy buddy It's all in the mind.... start talking to yourself. and do it now.....

Can you change what you're worrying about? If you can, do it. If not, why worry. Remember the Serenity Prayer? This isn't a sermon, believe me, but once in a while there's something useful there.

Prayer really works.
Spend a lot of time with your loved ones, friends and family and generally have fun.
Look at the positive side of whatever has happened, God has good reason for letting it happen and whenever He closes a door, He opens another.

I used to pray to God when i'm down and feel so tired of my life...it usually help coz u have faith in Him and believe that He is real and can help you to go through this hard life...
U can also share it with your closest friend or family member...it's the second step that i'll always do...and it always works...
God bless...
