Can it play other CDs ???
If yes.... use SPIRIT or ALCOHOL to clean the CD (Aftershaves will do)... Try again.... not acessible again ???? means a scratch has corrupted the zero sector of your CD... u won't be able to access it...
if no... use a LENS CLEANER CD ... and try again...
Again not accessible.... then check the connections... (at the bootup... lights would be flashing in the CD drive)... check through hardware manager whether this device is working properly or not.... if none help then call a technician.

Make sure that you have properly connected the device cables and the device is detected.
Please also make sure that you don't have any moisture or dust on CD-ROM Lens. If so clean the ROM using a cleaning disc.
