im only 5 1/4 feet tall so the weight sticks on me, other than a health diet what ccan i do to get rid of the fat fast?would running work with lots of layers on? please help because im starting to feel much less confident in myself and dont want to wear certain things.

the runnign thing will lose wieght fast, but anytime you lose weight fast, it is water, not fat. so you'll just hurt yourself...and not look any better. try doing some aerobics, or other exercises with light weights to tone the muscles you already have, and burn fat.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. no fast food, eat fruits, a small handful of nuts, or raisins for snacks. No sodas, 100% fruit juice-not the kind with corn syrup added. No second helpings. Skim milk. Think healthy. Weight Watchers is great and they have a quick start program.

1. Drink lots of water. Soda dehydrates you.

2. Stay away from fast food and sugary things. No chips, either.

3. Increase your fruits and veggies.

4. Eat yogurt everyday if you like it.

5. Running would be great, as would yoga, swimming, Pilate's, martial arts, or anything to get you moving more.

6. If you MUST eat something sweet, try DARK chocolate......it is not as fattening as milk chocolate, and it has antioxidants that help keep you from getting sick.

Mrs. Fine has it right! I would just add to cut back on processed carbs. like crackers, bread etc. Don't cut them out just cut back. I am down 80lbs and counting.
