runes/ knuckle bones/ oracle bones...

I read my own. Both Runes and Oracle Bones. The best way to learn is to find some one else who can show you all the ins and outs of reading. Someone who can correct you when you mistake something for another... My best friend's grandmother taught my friend and I to read the bones. I still call her sometimes for a clarification.

I believe that there are people out there who can, but most people now-a-days are fakes just out to get rich. You would probably have to find a tribesman of Africa or Asia to find a real reading.

I've never really used runes or bones. I use tarot, though, and had quite a bit of luck with it. Haven't been wrong (yet), but unfortunately, that involved predicting my friend's divorce. :/

When I was a kid, my parents and I would go to BINGO in a church basement. There were these old ladies with all of these good luck charms, and trinkets, and all sorts of stuff INCLUDING a lady who had chicken bones spread out amongst her bingo cards.

She did seem to win a lot, but who knows?

Considering your ID name and your Q... I assume your Native American... I am too, only an eighth though... I wish more.... tell me what you find out!!!! I've read about this tradition done by the medicine man... I'd love to learn more too...

Edit- Don Coldsmith wrote the book series " The Saga of the Spanish Bit" and it talks about it in those books... They are fiction... but historical fiction... and the author was very good about portraying those types of things in his books. You might find them interesting

my dear, it doesnt matter. do the right thing, and you will always be happy and a blessed gal with good things to come.

i know, they say, monks who do good deeds have rainbow bones. but let me tell u, monks seldom eat meat, and live in different climate. that's why their bones may be different from us.

Well, hell if it's a bone, it's already DEAD and don't have any life in it. Why would anyone read that.

Any person participating in such activities is opening themselves up to demonic influence. No kidding. Hence, I would not advise it. Seek God. Only He knows the future and will send you in the way He set for you before foundation on the world. Hey, it doesn't get any better than that!
