why can't i download flash on my computer!?!??!?!?

okay. so i go into internet explorer. i go to the macromedia flash website. i download it. the download finishes. NOTHING HAPPENS. i restart my computer. nothing new is installed. I need flash so i can delete this stupid vongo thing.

unisntall it and reinstall it it will work after
it's because u removed temp files
