Probably.
You need some carbs - aren't things like pasta supposed to be good slow-releasing foods and good for muscle growth?

Protein(meat, fish, beans, quorn) builds and repairs muscle so yes if you dont eat this you wont really build any im afraid. And if you dont eat anything then your body goes into starvation mode and you 'lose' muscle rather than fat. Thats why body builders and celebs drink protein drinks. But you also need carbs to give you energy.

When youve finished weight training your metabolism is in burning mode for at least an hour and a half after, so you should eat protein and carb. Chicken with rice as a meal or drink a protein drink staright after. But you MUST eat or like i said you will lose muscle. Hope this helps.

Definately, you should eat every 2-3 hours some protein and carbs, it is bad for you not to eat for 6 hours at a time

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Why would you not eat for six hours? I think you know the answer to this question otherwise you wouldn't have asked. If you're weight training how are your muscles going to develop if you're not providing them with nutrients?

You need to eat Pasta, Chicken, Fish, rice and make sure you get enough fruit. I assume you're eating dinner?!? You should at least have a few pieces of fruit for lunch to keep you going but they won't be harmful as they digest so easily.

Yes. you're trying to build your muscles without fuelling them. If you don't eat, the first flesh that is taken from the body to fuel it is muscle tissue. you're actually reducing your muscles by not eating. You need loads of protein and carbs to build muscles.

yea it does you need protein to gain muscle also if you don't eat break fest, lunch, and dinner you can gain weight because your body will feed off what fat it has and makes more fat

if you really want to avoid a meal.....avoid your dinner not lunch. You need some carbohydrates to get energy for the day.
