carbs and proteins....carbs= breads, grains, cereals, peas, potato
proteins= beans, meats, dairy, eggs, nuts

6 hours should be fine as that way we are talking about having breakfast at 7am and lunch at 1pm (fairly normal for most people).

Slow release carbs are the best for breakfast. Porridge is inexpensive and really easy to make if you have a microwave, you can even buy little sachets with just the right amount in them. If you want a little extra boost have a banana sliced up in it. Have a glass of fruit juice and some water with your breakfast and try to avoid caffeinated tea or coffee.

I once drove 2300 miles in 16 hours after drinking 5 cans of Red Bull consecutively and listening to non-stop techno during the trip. I would have made better time if I were a man and were equipped to pee anywhere I please. Unfortunately, I had to stop several times to relieve myself.

Grilled bacon,eggs,tomatoes,mushrooms and baked beans with wholemeal bread or toast. A banana for a snack and several large mugs of tea.

Weetabix or Porridge. When I was pregnant, and starving hungry all the time, I had that for breakfast every day and it's the only thing that kept me going until lunch.

Diet coke vanilla. I just can't seem to get rid of the energy after I have had some of that.

Why do you want to go so long without eating? If you are travelling you can eat some nuts and a yoghurt if you dont want to eat sandwiches
