Have you tried system restore ? By resetting your computer to an earlier time when you did not have this problem, ***REMEMBER*** Any downloads you may have made between now and the date you may choose may be lost, so, keep a backup copy just in case.

Dynamic Link Library ok this is what you do:
Go to start menu search files and folders cut and paste the offending file time.dll Once it comes up find where it is exactly then figure out if its a software issue if it is then uninstall and reinstall. go to drivecleaner.net boot into safe mode and use this free utility .. Take care

ok, the first approach is to reboot your computer and press F5 during the booting process. this should force a prompt screen to appear. select the prompt that asks you to restart your PC with your last saved good registry.

if this doesn't work, try using a registry repair utility like Norton SystemWorks.

if this still does not work, try reinstalling your Windows XP. you may run "repair" instead of completely reinstalling to save time.

You the two have a window open on the USB stress, or some software, like an anti-virus test, is working against the USB stress, locking it from eliminating. close all homestead windows, and view now not the rest is working which would be doing any scans on the equipment.

Go to msconfig to stop the process that is trying to load. You can get to msconfig by typing msconfig in the box you get when select Start then Run.
