We are "in" the amusement park?
We are "at" the amusement park?
Please tell me which one is right, thank you!

both actually.. u can use 'at' when u wanna say wher u and someone must meet.... (hey..let's meet at the amusement park..) or "he works at the amusement park."anyway there are a lot of uses 4 at aside frm those..
for 'in' ...it's used when ur very particular of the location which is.. inside..

I think both in and at the amusement park is right.

There may be regional/dialectical variations here, but in my particular form of English, we would always use "at the amusement park."

"In" infers an enclosed location. "At" infers a location without a fixed border.

"We are in the amusement park." = We paid for a ticket and got in.

"We are at the amusement park." = We went there to have fun.
