Look in the national newspapers on saturday/sunday, there're tour operators all over one page of the Inquirer or Bulletin.
It's cheap if you only want 4/5 days.
Otherwise, book with China Southern Airlines, pretty cheap, and do it on your own when you get there.
If you've got time, fly to Mongolia for a few nights, it's not far, but make sure you have a double entry visa for China, or you'll be stuck in mongolia waiting for a new one there!
