Let's see now, I think there's a formula for this...

(14 x November) - 1am
------------------------------- = 185 lbs
2 arms + 1 bench

There, I was right.

It really matters how how big you are. Height and weight have a big effect on your strength. When I was 15 I could bench about 200 and I was 5 foot 4 and about 175. I won a few 9th grade meets. At 17 i was 5 foot 7 and 220lbs and benched over 300 and took 2nd place in state play offs.

hi! initially, weight training isn't somewhat useful for human beings under the age of 18 years. The muscle & skeleton structures are inadept to handle the strain one undergoes throughout the time of such training regimes. inspite of the undeniable fact that, calasthenics or 'loose hand' exercises are very useful for toddlers. somewhat some the exercises are push-ups, pull-united statesand so on. The aftermath of a strenuous weight programme for toddlers is drastic! i might heavily propose which you think approximately it. thank you.

A thousand pounds.

Come on, use some sense. You lift as much as your muscles will allow. Nobody is "supposed" to be able to bench anything.
