You tell me where arms are for friends, a crush, a girlfriend, etc.
Are hugs face to face or are they side to side hugs?

When I hug a female (friend or lover), I place my right arm around her shoulder and my left arm around her to her middle back. I pull her to me and place her head next to mine. There is no hesitation and it usually is a perfect fit. If she is my lover, when the hug is over, I will gently pull her head so her lips and mine meet.

Side to side, and hugs around mid-back. Depending on knowledge of each other the hands could drop to the hips; and there again that does not me a sexual encunter..it just makes the guy feel great.

For me and my girlfreind, usually only a side to side hug, and the arms on;y go to the middle of the back, no matter what

"Yes.!!"so many situations.. and different culture guide-lines...
at first...i would say tango..waltz..or a slow-dance...but most..
hug's should be arm's around the mid back for a friendship greeting...of sorts..at first...unless you are pro wrestling star's..

I have always heard that if you hug with your right shoulder up.. (meaning...that is the shoulder that dominates the hug) that is means that you love that person...
Left shoulder up means you "like" that person
letting the other person dominate means you are ready to recieve however they feel
in other words... hugging is just another form of communication.

typically back for hugs and waists for kisses you know . oh btw way u can ussually tell how they feel about the girl the farther down they hug the stronger they are sexually atracted to and same for kisses.

face to face for Girlfriends, side-side for friends and it doesnt matter where i place my arm for friends

to me
waist is more then a friend
shoulder is friend
and outside is hi but if she folds in to me
like i am there to hide her it is caring more then a normal friend does
