This is regarding being a sponsor to an immigrant. The form asks for the title of the notary. I have a notary at work and this confused her as she has never had to put this before. I assume just puting notary public is all that is needed but I am not 100 sure.

The I-134 has that line because it can also be notarized by a consular officer, in which case he will write or stamp his title on that line. A regular notary should just ignore that line and use the official notary seal.
