I want to delete the file names permenantly from Run

buddy go to your "taskbar(it contains "start","quick launch") - the big bar at the bottom". Right click on it and then go to "properties". Select "Start Menu" tab and then click on "customize" button, then click on the "advanced" tab and finally click on "clear list" button. Then click "ok" and then "apply".

Right Click Taskbar
Click Properties
Select Start Menu Tab
Click on Customise button
Click Advance Tab
Click on the Clear List button.
Click OK and then OK again to close all the Taskbar & Start Menu properties dialog boxes.
Thats it.

Click on Start / Run, highlight the text in the Run slot and press the Delete key. Usually the only text that appears in the Run slot is the name of the last programme run.

it wont generally happen as wat d answer above my answer specified if its operating system other than winxp. u can download some firewall softwares like zonealarm that may protect u in many ways like
>> internet and websites
>> programs
>> n where u can clear all these things n recent files,history n other files n websites u visited recently.
