I realize this'll probably get deleted, but hell, I've been down that road before.
I also realize that posting this in the middle of the night (well, in my part of the world, anyway) might limit the number of posters who know me seeing this, but I'm bored, and I can always post again.
Anyway, I'm back. I got to thinking, it's a better form of protest for me to continue posting on Y!A after being unfairly banned and having my e-mail deleted than it is for me to simply dissapear. And this time, because my main e-mail is now over at Gmail, who cares if they ban me again? :p
So anyway, what's shaking? Anything happen while I was gone? :D

mypublicident, I might do that, but honestly it's too much of a bother and at this point I really don't care anymore. Going to court against Yahoo would cut in on my study time, and Buddha knows I need more of that!

Your email account is totally seperate from Y!A... At least it should be. I would say you might have a legitimate case to go to court. TOC's are not specific letters of the law. You could contend that your email being deleted is not an appropriate action for your statments made on Y!A. (Which is true).

They have canceled me out twice.this is my third name.they have an agenda that is not as American in nature,as I would have if I were in charge, freedom of speech is not what it should be that's for sure.but they have there rules.Good luck to you, you keep on keeping on
