Use Bed Head Dumb Blonde it is a reconstructing shampoo and conditioner (you dont have to be blonde to use it) and also use Bed Head Moisture Maniac to help hydrate your hair and get it soft and healthy.

Get "Sleek Looks" by Matrix. The whole line is awesome. If you use a flat iron get "Ego boost" by Bed Head. It will also work well on your hair. It seals the split ends until the next time you wash your hair. Go slightly slower over your ends with the iron so the ends can seal. You should also get deep heating treatments at your salon once a month. See what they use first though. If it's top of the line products then do it. If not then get your own and buy a hood dryer ( good christmas present). I use 3 different top of the line products in my treatments and everyone loves it. They are products from Joico,Matrix and Paul Mitchell combined.

Good luck and God bless

So far, I haven't found a really good conditioner. But I have used a whole lot of deep hair treatment, I use them once a week and it does really help my hair to get back healthier (I dye and perm them a lot). I would recommend Aussie's deep hair treatment coz it's cheap and if you are in the states, you can get it from a drug store/ walmart. The trick is let the hair mask sit on your hair for a longer time, say a few hours to let them absorb totally.

For dry hair pls try these hot oil massages....they will help in maintaing the natural sheen of your hair and will also condition your hair:

Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat 2 or 3 times to issue total saturation. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.

Hot Caster oil massage: Warm ½ cup of castor oil, massage into scalp and gently comb it. Bind the hair with hot towel on the head, wait for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse. As it is home made is so good to use for scanty hair.

Clove oil honey massage. Stir well ½ cup of green olive oil with 1 cup of liquid honey. Shake vigorously. Keep the mixture to settle for a day or two. Massage into the scalp and comb it not touching the scalp. After massaging cover hair with plastic shower cap. Make it air tight to let the heat penetrate, leave like that for 20 to 30 minutes. Then shampoo and rinse well. It is good for dark hair to keep it shining and lustrous.

Take care

You should only shampoo your hair twice a week. Any more and it will get worse. I also think that you should condition your hair alot. Remember to use the long lasting range. Any shampoo will do. It may also be because you straighten your hair too mush. I learnt that before straightening hair you should apply moistriser or baby oil, this leaves your hair nice and smooth and you'll have less dry and damaged hair.

Buy a hair treatment and use it once or twice a week, put it on dry hair then wear a shower-cap and try to leave it on for a couple of hours.

try a 5-minute conditioner mask (pantene makes a good one). and it you blow-dry your hair, try Silk Infusion by CHI. work a dime-sized amount into the ends of your hair and round brush on a low dryer setting. i've been dying my hair for almost ten years now and i swear by this stuff for making my hair feel like hair again!

I use the dove moisture shampoos and conditioners, and my hair stylest says that it's working really well. I don't have as many split ends, and the color lasts forever.
