You have rights also. It is your right as his father to see him. Get you a lawyer and get your visitations with your son. He needs you in his life because you are his Dad. I can't understand someone being as selfish as his Mom because she is not only hurting you, but him also. Go for joint custody and I wish you the very best of luck.....

There is probably some reason why she doesn't let you see him sometimes. Are you paying child support? Do you have any custody agreement? Do you show up on arranged times or do you ever stand your child up? Are either of you using your child as a pawn? Does she not approve of where you take the child or with whom you associate? Do you go for periods of time that your not interested in the child and then call up out of the blue wanting to see the child?

If you are paying child support and she is just using him then I suggest you go see an attorney about establishing a court ordered visitation agreement. Then stick to the agreement, follow the rules and if she doesn't follow the agreement then you can enforce your rights to see the child.

Hopefully the two of you can learn to put your differences aside for the best interest of the child. It shouldn't matter if you are gay or not. What matters is that you are a stable parent. That you can provide a safe and happy environment for the child to learn and grow and know they are unconditionally loved. If you do this your child will continue to want to be a part of your life when he is an adult. He will also respect you both for putting his needs first. Make sure you both never speak poorly of the other parent in front of your child. The biggest part of parenting is putting your child first no matter what. Good luck~

what's this methodology like? Do they coach the toddlers at a perfect point? Do the toddlers positioned on mouth guards? Why not enable him attempt it? BTW they don't handle in flag soccer although childrens do trip over one yet another LOL. Flag soccer is not greater risky than enjoying tag in the front backyard---in all probability much less simply by fact he will have a mouth shield and somebody will blow the whistle to provide up the activity while the ball is "down." FYI He ought to get harm only as badly enjoying soccer (think of: collisions) or t-ball or the different game. enable him attempt it and have exciting!

Take her *** to court. It doesn't matter your orientation, you are still that boys father. She has no right to deny you visitation. I applaude you for wanting to be with you son, most men (gay and straight) have nothing to do with there children. Good luck and dont give up!

Well first of all, are you paying all your child support and following court orders? If so, you need to get a lawyer. She has legal bounds to keep up with her end of the legal agreement as well. If you are paying all your child support with no late payments you are entitled to all visitation rights that the courts have awarded you. If she is not following court order she can be held with contempt of court.

Don't have a child support and visitation right agreement? My advice, get one and get one fast.

Have you tried a court order? Ones sexual orientation shouldn't decide whether you get to see your child. She needs to get over it and let you see your child.
