Green tea or especially white tea help with killing bacteria, but seeing a Dermatologist is far and away the best answer.
You may have a condition that no amount of cleansing, drinking of water or tea, or any other type of home grown solution will help.

Stay away from the sun. But if you need to, use sunblock with a high SPF(sun protection factor). Sleep early. Sleeping late can cause damages to the skin i.e. zits/pimples. When I started sleeping early, growth of new pimples stopped. Hope this works for you too. =)

Hi. You are what you eat. If you have inner health you show it on the outside. What age are you and what sort of diet do you have? Do you drink enough fluids?. Regards Maraika maraika@bigpond.net.au
