I'm 17, just broken up with my 23 yr old bf last week. We'd known eachother for a year, were together for 4months & it was a serious long-distant relationship.I ended it cos of our age gap which would produce problems like him wanting to be married sooner than i'd like, him not seeing the need for me to go out and party since he'd been through it all already. I'm a very social person, which clashes with him because he is Extremely jealous, so I totally restricted my livliness for him which frustrated me. And yet, I thought we loved eachother..he was funny, nice etc..we could talk for hours (though mainly I guess he did the talking about stuff which I couldn't comment further on- clash of common interests, but we'd still have intelligent discussions).I'm not sure if I made the right decision to end the relationship because of all that-with the main reason being I've started to like this other guy my age.My ex now wants me back..but I'm goin out with the other guy 2moro. I feel guilty.

It's natural to feel bad after breaking up with someone, but my advice is to enjoy your life! Experiment! You need to go out into the world and see what is out there before you decide to settle down permanently. I think you made the right decision to have fun with a boy your own age.

the 23 year old knows more about relationships than you do, and it seems he only wants you for his pleasure, (extremely jealous), and only talks about himself. at this age enjoy your life and go out with the second guy, make sure you find the best one before you get to attatched. good call on breaking up because of the age gap!

Too much story, simply he is not your type and you took good decision by living him and geting someone at your age group. relationships is not everything to concentrate on. you got studies coz you r young, family and so on.
