Everytime I work out, I am yawning throughout the whole time and afterward, I just want to sleep. I take it easy, but its the same case. Any help or ideas? Aren't you supposed to feel better and energized after exercise? I am always tired!

I get that sometimes.
I think it is to do with breathing.

Apparently yawning is actually the body just trying to get more air even though it happens when you're tired, bored, slumping etc.
It's because your breathing is bad.

It certainly makes sense as you'd be breathless after exercise. Even if you're not panting and think you've "recovered" from the workout.

I'm not sure how to correct it though sorry! I found it got better over time though.
I really don't think tiredness has anything to do with it.
Try taking longer to really warm down (or start it if you don't already) do some stretching and taking some good deep breaths. That's what I do and I feel much better after exercising and the rest of the day.

LOL this question just made me yawn! twice!

Yawning is an evolutionary reflex. It's the body attempting to get more oxygen. Since you're depleting your body's oxygen during aerobic exercise, this makes plenty of sense.

Being hungry can also cause yawning. Be sure to have eaten before you start working out--obviously not: 1. immediately before exercise; or 2. a LOTof food.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
