i think you should decide. if your body image is okay with you then so be it. excersizes and eating healthy is good for everyone. if you want to be "fit" then eat good.. excersize. Nothings wrong with being wide either. i'm slim... and wish i was a little wider.. studies show men prefer curves on a woman.. i think thats what makes a woman, a woman be proud of yourself and be healthy:) thanks.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It's fine, especially if you are big boned. And a big butt isn't a bad thing you know. Worry about your body fat percentage and waist measurement rather than weight. It is a much better indicator as to whether you are healthy or not. If your body fat percentage is below 30%, you are doing pretty good and if your waist/hip ratio is less than 0.8 that is considered to be very healthy. HTH : )

I wouldn't tweak over the scale-I would consider how healthy you are...Do you do 45 minutes of sweaty excersise at least three times a week? do you do some sort of weight bearing excersise two to three times a week? do you eat off the food pyramid and stay away from over processed foods? If you answered yes to my questions you are probably a "thick" curvy girl...if you answered "no" you might have a spare tire and jiggly"bits"-not cool....in that case I'd up the excersise, cut back on the food and it will probably result in a healthier, possibly "lighter" girl-your call, your bod....

5'7" and 159 isn't too bad. Your BMI is less than 25, but it is border line. Your at a good weight, might be a slightly thick woman, but relatively normal. Losing 10 pounds wouldn't be a bad idea

You are right at the limit of being considered overweight 1 more pound.
Your BMI is 24.94 and anything over 25 is considered overweight, so your good!

Below is what website I use to calculate it.

Severe diet needed. But if you feel OK with it, then it's OK. Diet though!! Just for the sake of living a bit longer. So long.
