If for example my roof was a size of 2mts x2mts and we had 10mm of rain ,how can i work out how many litres of water would flow into my tank

V = LWH
V = (200cm)(200cm)(1cm)
V = 40000 ml
V = 40 Liters

Get the volume by multiplying the height times the area. Tha's all it takes.

length x width x (of roof) x amount of rain


please use all same units.

100 cc = 1 liter
