some people feel it at church while others feel it when helping kids in need. in other words when do you feel spiritually close to the lord.

Usually at church.
Sometimes in other places. Like my kitchen sink, or the kid's bedroom, or walking along.

I feel more at peace with my Higher Power, when I am at peace within myself.
It's a feeling that comes from being in any non-stressful environment. Nature is extremely healing. The trees, the ocean, a river and just sitting under the stars at night...so much peace to be found there.
Being with good people is another great way of finding peace...and that can be found in a church or any building that people congregate. Helping children is also an excellent way to find peace within and in so doing, to feel a connection with God.

We are temples of the Holy Spirit so we feel God's presence most when we acknowledge He is in us. When we worship God and allow the Holy Spirit to rise up and move in us we will feel God's presence more and can even communicate with Him. Some feel the presence of God more in church because the combined presence of us, as holy temples, bring among us the presence of God corporately. Jesus is close to us because He is in us and we also are in Him

Gods spirit is with me. but of course when I pray then it is with me stronger.but prayer doesnt have to be closeing your eyes, its keeping God and God spirit on my mind and in my heart and haveing love, spiritual love. open to the psirit I know that his psirit is with me and guiding me. I go door to door sales and have time in my car to always be in prayer.and the miracles I have seen by following the Will of the spirit is truly amazing. the things that have happened over the years , there truly works of the spirit thru me.thge spirit can work. I praise God ALL the time.I ask for the spirits guidance all the time. the presence is fulfilling and is just wonderful.though troubles come and go. my God is always with me. helping me in so many ways.

When I ponder of God's love for me.
When I'm surrounded with good friends.
When I'm doing simple service to others.
When I doing something good.
God will be with you always; you're never alone.
Will feel His presence when you strive to obey His commandment. Praying & Reading scripture are another way to feel His presence.

when i reflect upon my day and bring all my questions and concerns to the lord in prayer. when a miracle happens. when i look up at the vastness of my surroundings. when i feel small. pretty much most of the time.

when I teach Sunday School and the lesson falls into place
when the church sings and I lift my hands in praise
