I doubt it has enough power to do that. I dont think they would sell them if they could do that. You're talking about just general body parts right? Like fingers or something? You could probably get it stuck but it wouldn't tear you into pieces. Of course if you got your hair caught you would probably drown because you couldnt get your hair our easily from the suction. (i've heard of that happening)
Seriously, you shouldn't be jamming your body parts into machinery of any sort. It could cause a problem...if not with you then perhaps you might break the pump on the jacuzzi.
