If you are boiling eggs, the older ones seem to peel far better than really fresh eggs.

Once the egg is boiled to your liking run it under cold water until you can hold the egg. Tap the egg on the side of the saucepan or the sink (which is better) until the shell starts to crack. Once the cracks appear a hole should appear, start where the hole is and peel the shell from the egg.

There is a thin membrane between the egg and the shell, make sure you peel this membrane from the egg before you eat it.

Warm eggs peel far better than cold eggs.

Before i boil the egg, I prick the shell on the end with a needle. then when the water is boiling I set the eggs in. sometimes a small amount of white will come out. Thats ok.
After it is boiled, I run it under cold water and crack it open and all the shell comes off easier. Not like the times where when you shell it where the white sticks to the shell. The water seperats that sac inside from the egg.

I've found that the best way to get hard-boiled eggs to peel easily is to add some vinegar to the cooking water. The vinegar slightly softens the shells and they come off a lot easier- just cool them in ice water for a few minutes, tap them lightly on the counter and the shells slide right off if you did it right. Use about 1/4 cup of whatever vinegar you have on hand (I wouldn't use balsamic though) add it to the water you're cooking the eggs in and you should be set.

In order to peel a hard boiled egg without it breaking. Roll it on the counter top so the shell cracks into small pieces.
The shell will easily peel off leaving the hard boiled egg perfect.

Hard-boiled egg? Can I start at the beginning or is it cooked and Shell stuck on? If you start with COLD water to cover eggs, bring to a boil, when boils, turn off heat , take off burner, let stand 15 minutes, drain, place the eggs in bowl of ice water , (it's okay to crack the shells a little when you do this.) When cool, crack shell, find air pocket that forms,(easy, should just peel off), peel under running cold water, and it should be real easy and perfect. If egg is already hard-boiled and shell is stuck on, try rolling gently on counter or wooden board, then peel gently under running cold water. (This is harder because if they cooled without placing them in cold water from hot, no air pocket forms, which is what makes it easy to peal.) Good luck! Sorry if there are misspellings left, I'm real tired but can't sleep.

Place your eggs in cold water after boiling. Once they're cooled the stuff inside will shrink down a little bit. Crack the shell and it should be easy peeling from there.

There are many different methods of removing the shell from a boiled egg.

My favourite technique, would be to swallow the whole boiled egg shell and all. upon excretion you will find that the nutritious protien incased within the calcium shell would be gone, leaving you entirely with the waste material....

enjoy

Easy, just buy the freshest eggs possible, that simple. Then use any of the afore mentioned techniques. Working with fresh eggs is a must! Also, don't overcook them
