About 220, maybe? To lose weight, run or walk, work out, play basketball or another sport, get a treadmill and use it, join a gym, or cut your caloric intake. Also, drink a lot of water, and never drink pop or other drinks that are all sugar. Drink skim milk, skip the mayo, tartar sauce, and butter. Don't eat fried foods (this includes most fast food). This is all good advice, I have to say, but really the key for me is MOTIVATION. I know how to eat right, but know what to eat doesn't mean I eat it.

180-200 pounds, according to the medical community.

For us normal people, you'd probably be a more normal weight at about 230.

To lose weight, eat foods that are better for you, and less food overall. Instead of 3 big meals a day and snacks, eat 6 spaced out meals that are of small portions. Plan these meals so that you are eating one about every 2-3 hours. Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you want with them, but limit starches, meat, and fat. Eat more fiber, drink more water. Cook up and eat those dry beans, such as lentils, chick peas , pinto beans, lima beans, navy beans, etc. Brown rice instead of white rice, wheat bread instead of white.

Cut out the junk food. If you eat as often as I suggested, you won't be hungry for snacks but the sweet tooth will still rear its head sometimes.

Walk about 30 minutes daily, at a brisk pace.

Consult a doctor before going on any sort of a weight loss program.

Don't build mussel, mussels are seafood.

You are already strong from lugging that weight around- think how strong a 200 pound person would be if they carried 80 extra pounds around with them.

Swimming would be best for you- less stress on your joints. If you can't do that due to climate, do one of those low impact ellipticals. If you can't do that, start out by walking everyday.

I would recommend a lot of heavy weights and low reps, and lots of cardio (probably walking or a little above) this is what my dad use to do for years, he is 6'6 and it worked out well for him. also i think 250 would be good,
do stuff like pushups, pullups, and differnt weight lifts and squats, lunges and walking, also situps/crunches,
don't go over 2 hours per day including your walking, and the weight lifting do it for around 30 minutes.
With the food eat lots of healthy stuff, no sodas, no fastfood/chips, cake ect. eat veges and fruits,
best of luck!!!

Well since a normal BMI is 24 for your height your weight should be about 192. But that doesn't factor in someone who is more muscular or big-boned. Ask for a fat test. For men a normal fat % is 30.
