the scholarship is offered by my school not to me but for anyone interested in studing chinese as a second language. and me as one of the few oversea students here around they asked me to find individuals interested but it isn't that easy, i feel. i'm hope less

You have a scholarship to offer students? Or you have been given a scholarship? Either way it is good, explain more info

wow, really? that's good! pick the school you'ld like to sponsor and interview the top scorers there to figure out which one you want to offer it to...
