You must not worry about your BP as it seems just OK. As far as your pulse is concerned, the cause of it being 90 could be an anxiety associated while the pulse is being counted by someone or even if you are doing it yourself. Let someone else take your pulse when you are relaxing and free from anxiety of any sort.
Your chest pain could arise for various reasons and the most common ones being costo-chondritis (inflammation of the chest cage at the points where the ribs meet with the cartilages), a chest infection like pneumonia or pleurisy), or it may be related to heart or the pericardium. The best thing would be that you consult your own doctor for it. However, a simple test would determine whether it is because of the heart or the chest wall/lungs or the pleural coverings. Try coughing. If the pain worsens, the chances are that it is not because of the heart. Good luck.

Your blood pressure is good. The systolic pressure (the upper number) should not be over 130 at rest. The lower number (the diastolic pressure) should never be over 90. The systolic pressure will rise immediately upon exertion, but should adjust itself just as quickly when you rest. I personally think that 130/90 is just a little too borderline and should be lower like around 120/70.
As far as your chest pain goes, it sounds like costochrondral inflammation which is an inflammation of the muscle tissue between the ribs. This is not uncommon on persons with over-sized breasts, because when they lie down in bed at night and turn to sleep on one side, the breast on the high side pulls down on those rib tissues causing inflammation. This happened to me and my mother. When we both started supporting our breasts at night, the pain went away. If this sounds like you, it wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about it - I am not one.

Hmm... Chest pain is a bad sign but could just be indigestion. That pulse is perfectly normal... Normal being 120/80 and 60-90. I wouldn't worry.
Chronic (re-occurring)chest pain I would consult your doctor. If it just comes at once and you get weak and sweaty call 911 its a heart attack. However, due to your pulse being normal, probably indigestion.

you're bp sounds normal you're pulse at 90 is not tremendously high but you lead a sedentary lifestyle otherwise it would be in th 70's. if you were having a heartattack it would be towards the left breast. Could be gas, indigestion.

what was it before you took the beta blockers to lower it? 144/ is slightly high but nothing to worry about and /90 is fine, your pulse is fine. last week mine was 154/82 and doc said try and get it down, I came home and my daughter who is a senior carer took my blood pressure and it was 116/72 which is perfect, so was the doctor wrong, my daughter takes several peoples blood pressure daily at her work?
