Now, you have many answers...but I can say the first answer is correct.
boring= tumaranai
Younger Japanese use (casual way)= tuman-nai
"kawaii" means cute. Sometimes it means beautiful also because many Japanese men or boys prefer to use "kawaii-ne" instead of "kirei-da ne".

Boring= Taikutsu (most formal) or Tsumaranai (less formal) or orally (casual) Tsumannai; omoshirokunai (not interesting)
Tsumaranai has two nuances though. Boring or sometimes it can be taken as an insult.
Kawaii=cute;adorable

Kawaii means cute or very adorable. Don't know the japnese for "boring". Would be interesting to know.

Omoshiroku-nai is the closest I could find for boring (it means uninteresting).
Kawaii means lovely, dear, pretty, cute.
