How do I get rid of it? Do I have to switch shampoos? Cause I really like tresseme shampoo and I rather not switch to another brand. Do I just wash my hair too much (i wash it every night) or is it something else?

Your scalp is probably too dry. This happens to a lot of people in the winter. You might need to switch shampoos. A lot of the brands you by at drugstores have alcohol in them...which can be drying to your scalp. I would suggest something like TIGI or Biolage.

Some times the shampoo itself cause problem. All shampoos may not be suitable for every one. I had similar problem. People used to ask me whethre my hair is black or white. I started using Daily Balance 3 in 1 shampoo. I am totally dandruff free now. Try it out . All The best. If you can't get the product, call me at 94565764.

Dandruff can be caused by a common scalp fungus. Try using Nizoral shampoo once to twice a week instead of your usual brand.

switch shampoos, ur scalp is drying out and its nasty nobody likes snow on thier shoulders. dont use head and shoulders it doesnt work, try a really thick tar like shampoo for a week and then use ur desired shampoo. and srub ur hair, get those dead skins cells out!!!!!!!!!

See if your shampoo has any kind of Sulfate in it. Sulfate strips your hair and head of everything. You could be allergic to Sulfate, my best friend is. There are Sulfate free products available. try them out.

there are several resons for dandruff. to get rid of it wash your hair with viniger.

try selsun blue...buy it at walmart...there are some recepies you can make at home...so ask for that because i dont know any... sorry
