I'll have firefox open, with like 3 tabs, and after a while when i click on one of the tabs it doesn't open. like it semi-freezes, so i close it and try to restart firefox but it says firefox is already running, so i have to ctrl alt and del close it, and reopen it. any idea why?

Firefox 2 does have a crash condition, which doesn't seem to happen to everybody. They haven't fixed it yet, according to the tech information boards I have visited. It may be possible for a hacker to exploit this. Maybe switch browsers for a while, until the next updates at least.

Just open the location in your computer , if its a windows...
C:\DOCUME~1\username\Application Data\Mozilla\
make the mozilla dir to OLD_mozilla
and reinstall the mozilla firefox 2 new version...
