Your ears turn red and you wish very much that a hole would appear in the floor and you could jump in and hide forever.
This once happened to me at a Catholic wedding. During the prayer. On a hard wooden bench in a cavernous room that echoes. Yeah. I sure wished for that magic hole to appear.

not true. i do it all the time, and i am obviously still here. at times i wish i could just vanish, like when i do it at work and like at the dinner table. my family all think that its funny when i do it and they all just laugh. my eyes water and burn for a second, then it all goes away. but i dont know what really happens that causes this to happen sorry.
