When I play videos that are avi, it only does the sound, not the picture (it shows 'ambience' instead). I can watch mpg and mpeg videos fine. What do I need to do to see avi videos?

go to download.com and search for divx codec, download it, install it, and it will auto pop up whenever you play a .avi file
